Swee-Tart Mix

This is a very popular product for Fee Brothers. It is the powdered form of our sour mix. Frankly, we feel we make the finest sour mix on the market, bar none. We are willing to prove it to your taste buds.

How To Use

For Single Serving:

Take 1 oz. of dry Swee-Tart powder and add to tumbler.
Measure out 3 fl oz. of water.
Stir together until the powder is dissolved.
Using the finished Swee-Tart mixture, add the other components of your cocktail and stir/shake together.
– Certain cocktails or taste preferences may use up to an additional 1 oz. dry of Swee-Tart powder. If this is the case, add the powder directly to the finished cocktail and stir/shake to dissolve.
Garnish with ice, lime, lemon…

For Large Batch:

Using a large pitcher, add the entire dry contents of Swee-Tart dry powder (40 oz.).
Add 96 fl oz. (3/4th of a gallon) of water to the pitcher.
Stir together until the powder is dissolved.
Add 32 fl oz. (1 gal total) of water and mix together.
Using 1.5 fl oz. of the finished Swee-Tart mixture, add the other components of your cocktail.
– Certain cocktails or taste preferences may use up to an additional 1.5 fl oz. of finished Swee-Tart mixture. If so, add finished Swee-Tart mixture and stir/shake into cocktail.
Garnish with ice, lime, lemon…
