Ingredients

  • 25 mL madeira 
  • 20 mL chaga mushroom tea
  • 20 mL fresh pomegranate juice
  • 10 mL apple brandy
  • 5 mL nut liqueur 
  • 5 mL amaro
  • 1.25 mL cinnamon spirit
  • 4 dashes Fee Brothers Cardamom Bitters 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, stir, and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a spray of rosemary and enjoy!
